TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Deposit:
The €50.00 booking deposit is required to make a booking for your Kaboom! event and to agree with these terms and conditions. Your booking is not confirmed and will be available to other customers until this payment is received.

Payment:
Full payment of your event must be made a minimum of 10 days before your scheduled date of event or it will be deemed cancelled. In this case your booking deposit of €50.00 will not be refunded.

Payment Methods:
Payment should be made by direct bank deposit. Details are on the booking form.

Changes:
If a customer requests to change the date of their event booking, a minimum of14 day’s (2weeks) notice must be given.

Health & Safety:
Customers must ensure that refreshments are available for entertainers / mascots and that there are adequate toilet facilities at the venue. Entertainers are not permitted to carry birthday cakes at the event. For events with a duration of over 1-hour entertainers must be permitted to have a 15-minute break for every hour of work. Some costumes are not suitable for outdoor events in the summer season and / or will be limited to our 30 minutes ‘Super Appearance’ package.

Travel Fee:
Kaboom! offers a flat fee for travel to venues as follows from Swieqi, Malta:

  • 0 -5km:         €0
  • 6 -15km:       €5
  • 16km+:         €10

Complaints:
In the unlikely event that you have need to complain about one of our entertainers, please inform us by phone immediately that a problem arises to give Kaboom! ample opportunity to rectify the complaint. Kaboom! Will do whatever is possible to remedy the situation. Should Kaboom! Not be able to resolve the issue immediately please put grievances in writing within 24 hours of the incident. We will ensure all complaints are dealt with and a response provided within 48 hours of receipt of the complaint.
